After invoicing the lessons, it's important to check that everything is consistent. Plugin.ch also automatically generates the export files for the national sports database (BDNS) of Youth and Sport.

After sending the invoices, click the “Invoicing check” button to detect anomalies:

• Lesson without invoice: people registered for a lesson but not yet invoiced — you'll need to check why.
• Invoice without lesson: people invoiced but who aren't in any lesson — check their placement in the groups.

Plugin.ch automatically generates three Excel files ready to be imported into the Youth and Sport database (BDNS). These files are accessible from the lesson management page.

Export 1: BDNS People

This file contains the personal information of all registrants:

• Personal number
• Last and first name
• Date of birth and gender
• AVS number (retrieved from registrations)
• Nationality and native language
• Full address

Export 2: BDNS Activities

This file lists all the lesson groups with their details:

• Lesson date
• Start time and duration
• Location / court
• Activity type

This file cross-references people and activities for each lesson day:

• Role: instructor or participant
• Person number
• Attendance (yes/no)
• Court, time, and relevant group

The three Excel files are in the exact format required by the BDNS. Simply download them from Plugin.ch and import them directly into the Youth and Sport portal. Your entire schedule — people, activities, and attendance — is transferred in just a few clicks.
