It is possible that the TWINT payment is not validated immediately. In some cases, validation can take up to 5 minutes. But no need to worry! Plugin.ch checks every 2 minutes whether a payment has been validated and will add the missing booking for you. You will see it on the board in a black lane.

Do not make multiple payments for this booking if your TWINT app has indicated that the payment was successful.
